Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
Build and maintain a positive company culture focused on respect, inclusivity, and performance.
Handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively.
Promote open communication between employees and management.
Performance Management:
Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting and tracking goals for their teams.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and salary reviews.
Benchmark compensation to ensure competitiveness.
Recommend and implement employee rewards and recognition programs.
Policy & Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations.
HR Strategy & Analytics:
Provide insights and reports on HR metrics (turnover, engagement, etc.).
Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of HR legislation, practices, and systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Knowledge of MS Office and Tally strongly preferred
