Role Overview

The

HR Manager

will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle with a strong focus on

talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management

. The role demands a strategic yet hands-on professional who can build high-performing teams, drive HR best practices, and align people operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end

recruitment process

including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective

employee performance management systems

to ensure productivity and accountability. Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Oversee HR policies, compliance, and grievance management in line with organizational values. Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and assist managers in employee development planning. Provide strategic HR insights to management for talent retention and succession planning.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment and performance management, preferably in media/tech industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders. Knowledge of HR systems, tools, and best practices. Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
