We are a creative Interior Designing firm passionate about transforming spaces. We're looking for an
HR Manager
to lead day-to-day HR operations (
80% focus on PF, ESI, TDS, compliance, payroll, and policies
) while also handling
20% recruitment
to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will balance structure with creativity and help foster a collaborative, design-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations (80%)
Manage payroll, employee attendance, and complete HR documentation.
Oversee statutory compliances including
PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, and labor law requirements
.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in HRIS, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee benefits, audits, and HR administration.
Recruitment (20%)
Drive end-to-end hiring for creative, project, and support roles.
Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and close positions on time.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business (MBA preferred).
6-10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on
operations and compliance
.
Solid knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, and Indian labor laws.
Experience in recruitment within creative/fast-paced industries is an advantage.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
