Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent
Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding processes
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely reviews
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage compensation and benefits programs
Lead training and development initiatives
Maintain HR records and generate HR metrics/reports
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
