The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions of the organization. Key areas include recruitment and induction, employee life cycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and general administration, with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Induction
: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction process.
Payroll & Attendance
: Oversee time office management, leave management, and coordinate payroll processes.
Employee Relations
: Address employee grievances, foster positive employee engagement, and support retention initiatives.
Exit Process
: Handle employee exit formalities, including clearances, exit interviews, and final settlements.
HR Compliance
: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, labor laws, and internal HR policies.
General Administration
: Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
Expense Management
: Monitor and process employee reimbursements and other expense claims.
Documentation & Reporting
: Maintain HR records, prepare HR reports, and ensure accuracy in data management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 years of experience in HR and administration.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and statutory compliances.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / HR software.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
