Job Title: HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at Advanced Hair Studio. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:



Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and nurture strong relationships with recruitment agencies and networks.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries. Manage disciplinary matters, including investigations, and enforce company policies and procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Training and Development:

Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Identify and address skills gaps within the organization. Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing support.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer and update the company's compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices. Address compensation-related queries and issues.

HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Stay updated with labour laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance. Understanding and implementation of POSH regulations.

Performance Management:

Oversee the performance appraisal process. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and development plans.

Employee Engagement:

Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and events. Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of discretion and integrity. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.

Pay: ₹16,024.40 - ₹50,165.31 per month
