:- Responsible for handling joining formalities, employee activations, deactivations, & maintaining attendance, leave records & exit interviews.
Effectively devised Induction to the new employees, maintaining organization discipline and values within employees.
Introduced Employee engagement Initiatives- Process implementation, Skip Level Meet etc.
Effectively managed & coordinated off site recruitment for company's upcoming properties.
Effectively managed orientation & induction ensuring a congenial employee experience.
Handle the all HR Compliance like PF,ESI ,OT etc. policy.
