Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in healthcare/hospital sector.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Follows and update all paper work for NABH.
Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and payroll management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
