Handle manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of staff across all departments .
Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with
Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory norms
.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and performance data. Implement and monitor HR policies in line with hospital protocols and ensure adherence. Foster a healthy workplace culture, manage employee queries and resolve grievances effectively. Identify training needs and coordinate relevant HR/clinical/non-clinical development programs.

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
Minimum
4 years of HR experience

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualities:
Experience with NABH and HR documentation compliance.
Ability to handle HR operations independently.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
