We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with over 8 years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to HR strategy, team management, and full-spectrum HR operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Fintech or Broking industry and will play a pivotal role in aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategic HR & Team Leadership:
Design and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Lead and develop an HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR functions.
Support leadership in organization design and change management.
Core HR Operations (Hire to Retire):
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.
Maintain and optimize HR documentation, systems, and records.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts for technical and non-technical roles.
Build strong talent pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning.
Payroll & Compliance:
Ensure accurate payroll processing and handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.
Coordinate with finance for audits and payroll reconciliation.
Performance Management:
Manage the performance review cycle, implement KPI frameworks, and assist in goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Act as a culture ambassador to reinforce company values.
Policy Development & Implementation:
Create and update HR policies and ensure consistent implementation across departments.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
Prior exposure to Fintech or Broking sector preferred.
Proven track record of team handling and strategic HR initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office.
Must Know About HR Strategies, Employee engagement, Employee grievance , Labour laws, Policies, Attrition, Performance management, Employee Retention.
