Position Summary:

The HR Manager at Unayur Marketing Pvt Ltd will oversee all aspects of human resources management, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This role is crucial for supporting the company's growth and enhancing employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture. Mediate employee disputes and facilitate conflict resolution.

Performance Management:

Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee evaluations. Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and identify training needs.

Training and Development:

Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations. Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Policy Development:

Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company goals and legal requirements. Ensure that employees are aware of policies and provide training as needed.

HR Analytics:

Utilize HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention. Prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes for senior management.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
