Looking for HR Manager for a Food Manufacturing Company in Chattarpur

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies Drive training and development initiatives Handle employee grievances and foster a healthy work environment Maintain HR MIS and generate regular reports for management

Preferred Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage and lead a team Proficiency in HR software/tools Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
