Job Overview:


The HR Manager oversees all aspects of the human resources function within the organization, including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs to create a positive and productive work environment that supports the company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment and Hiring:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate action.

Compensation and Benefits:

Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations. Provide guidance on compensation-related decisions.

Training and Development:

Identify training and development needs for employees. Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Oversee performance management and career development initiatives.

Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.

HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making. Contribute to organizational development and change management initiatives.

HR Team Management:

Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support. Assign tasks and monitor performance to achieve department objectives. Foster professional development and growth within the HR team.

Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as a liaison between management and employees. Communicate HR policies and initiatives to staff. Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Experience with HR software and databases.
