Swear Healthcare is a leading manufacturer of surgical and examination latex gloves, with a manufacturing facility based in Dholpur, Rajasthan, and a corporate office in Gurugram. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a qualified HR Manager who can manager our factory which consists of about 500 people.

Job Responsibilites -

Processing Contractual Manpower Wages Bills Monthly.

Manpower handling

Preparations of On roll Employees Salary.

PF Challan generation, New Employees PF Registration, KYC update, KYC Approval, PF withdrawal, PF Transfer, etc.

ESI Challan generation, New Employees ESI Registration, TIC Generation, Personal details Update, etc.

Coordinating with banks for opening bank accounts for employees.

MIS Reports (Daily Manpower Data, Monthly Manpower Data, Over Time Data & Wages Bills Tracker, etc

Absenteeism record maintain & letters sending and follow up.

Submit payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, overtime, new joining, left and hold salary detail and variable pay and coordination with HO team.

Statutory Compliance Register & Returns quarterly, Half yearly and Annually (On Portal) & ESIC & EPF challan preparation.
