Key Responsibilities
Travel to various locations to conduct recruitment activities and represent the organization at job fairs and hiring events. Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports to ensure accurate and timely information management. Visit colleges and universities for campus recruitment drives and talent acquisition initiatives.
