The HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resources functions in compliance with NABH standards. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, Discipline, Attendance & Leave Management and documentation. The role ensures the hospital maintains a positive, compliant, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of hospital staff.
Maintain HR records and files as per NABH guidelines.
Ensure timely training and orientation programs for new and existing staff.
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll.
Address staff grievances and support conflict resolution.
Implement performance appraisal systems and support continuous staff development.
Assist in NABH audits and ensure HR processes align with accreditation standards.
Update HR policies as per labor laws and hospital requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with NABH standards and healthcare HR practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
