Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Maintaining HR records and database.
  • Communicating and explaining the organization\'s HR policies to the employees.
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360\xc2\xb0 evaluation.
  • Preparing Attendance report using inhouse Leave App and Clockify.
  • Design compensation and benefits packages.
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
  • Manage employees\xe2\x80\x99 grievances.
  • Managing Leave Data of Employees.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Monitor HR department\xe2\x80\x99s budget.
Qualifications -
  • Education in Human Resources Management or relevant field (BBA/MBA).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
  • High-energy and passion.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive/Manager or similar role.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Benefits:
