Summit Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to oversee all human resource operations at our properties in
Darjeeling
and
Gangtok
. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of local employment practices and strong familiarity with the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage payroll, attendance, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Coordinate training, development, and performance evaluation.
Support unit heads in manpower planning and HR policy implementation.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum
5 years of relevant HR experience
(preferably in hospitality).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multi-property HR operations efficiently.
Candidates must be from or currently residing in Darjeeling or Gangtok.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
