Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at [Factory Name]. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce by implementing HR programs and policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance and Benefits departments.
- Compliance:
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the factory's compliance.
- Assist in conducting audits and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Track training attendance and maintain training records.
- Health and Safety:
- Support the implementation of health and safety programs.
- Assist in conducting safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
- Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English.
Working Conditions:
- This position operates in a factory environment and may require occasional evening or weekend work to support HR activities.
- Must be able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
