Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, field, corporate, and managerial roles.
Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning aligned with project and operational needs.
Drive onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Maintain accurate HR records and manage workflows.
Oversee employee lifecycle activities: probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, absences, exits, and full & final settlements.
Supervise attendance, leave tracking, and rostering for field and office teams.
3. Performance Management
Manage performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking in collaboration with business leads.
Support managers in setting performance goals and improvement plans.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
Ensure accuracy and compliance in monthly payroll, reimbursements, and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.).
5. Statutory Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
Draft, implement, and update HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support audits and compliance reporting.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Lead employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication forums.
Address employee relations issues with fairness and confidentiality.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
7. HR Metrics & Reporting
Prepare and present HR analytics and dashboard reports to leadership.
Track recruitment metrics, retention, attrition, and employee satisfaction.
