End-to-end

recruitment for production & operations staff

Employee joining, induction & HR documentation

Attendance, shift, overtime & leave

management

Payroll

preparation & coordination with Accounts

PF, ESI, Bonus & statutory compliance

support

Employee grievance

handling & discipline management

Factory administration

support (canteen, uniforms, housekeeping)

Skills Required:

Strong communication & people management skills Knowledge of

factory HR operations & labor laws

MS Excel, HRMS & attendance

systems knowledge Ability to handle large production teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,148.98 per month

Work Location: In person
