Roles and Responsibilities - Manage staffing processes, including recruiting, interviewing and onboarding - Ensure job descriptions are up to date and comply with all local, state and federal regulations - Develop training materials and performance management plans to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities - Develop compensation strategies for all employees based on market research and compensation surveys; keep strategies up to date - Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts - Ensure that the organization is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations - Provide coaching and feedback to teams using performance management tools - Ensure consistent application of all company HR policies - Maintain company org chart and employee directory - Work with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business plans - Maintain HR systems and processes - Conduct performance and compensation reviews - Provide support and guidance to HR staff - Analyze trends in compensation and benefits - Design and implement employee retention strategies - Good knowledge in IT team/organization structure Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,880.66 per month Benefits:
