Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead recruitment for store teams including Senior Sales, Sales Executives, Cashiers and Support staff
• Manage structured on boarding, documentation, joining & exit formalities
• Oversee attendance management, weekly offs, leave administration and shift planning
• Co-ordinate payroll inputs, incentives, deductions and final settlements
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, discipline, counselling and warnings
• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to Shop & Establishment regulations
• Conduct regular store visits and ensure employee engagement and discipline
• Drive performance management processes and manpower planning
• Implement training initiatives for service excellence, behaviour and grooming
• Excellent communication skills in
