Manage the entire recruitment cycle -- from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and online platforms.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Conduct job postings on relevant portals and handle candidate communications professionally.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
Handle employee documentation, offer letters, and exit formalities.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Performance Management & Employee Engagement
Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
Conduct regular feedback sessions, employee engagement activities, and training programs.
Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.
Policy & Compliance
Develop and update HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
Ensure compliance with statutory HR requirements and internal audit standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (HRMS/ATS).
Sound understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7-10 years
of experience in HR and recruitment (preferably in a corporate or technical environment).
Proven experience managing both strategic HR functions and daily HR operations.
