Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process (end-to-end hiring)
Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
Administer compensation, benefits, and leave policies
Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement initiatives
Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and labor laws
Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Support management in workforce planning and organizational structure development
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
