Job Responsibilities:

Steel plant aur logistics operations ke liye

end-to-end HR & IR management

PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF

ka complete handling

Labour Law compliance

ensure karna: Factory Act CLRA Industrial Disputes Act Shops & Establishment Act

Contract labour, drivers, helpers & plant manpower

management Transport contractors, labour vendors & agreements handle karna Monthly

payroll processing

, attendance, shift & wage management

Statutory registers, returns, inspections & audits

coordination Workforce planning for

plant operations, maintenance & logistics staff

Employee

grievance handling, disciplinary action & domestic enquiry

HR policies, SOPs & documentation implement karna Liaison with

Labour Department, PF, ESIC & other authorities

Management ko

MIS reports & compliance updates

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

PF, ESIC & Labour Laws

(mandatory) Industrial Relations (IR) exposure Contract labour & logistics manpower handling Payroll & statutory compliance Good communication & leadership skills

Qualification:

MBA HR / MSW / PGDM HR Experience in

Steel Plant / Logistics / Transport / Heavy Industry

preferred

Note:

Only candidates with

practical exposure in Steel Plant / Logistics HR operations

and

PF-ESIC handling

will be considered.
