We are requirement HR Manager for Raipur location.

Location: Raipur CG

Salary : 45000/- to 55000/- PM

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Qualification: MBA HR

Job Duties in Brief

Consistently recruiting excellent staff. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Carrying out necessary administrative duties. Conducting performance and wage reviews. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Creating clear and concise reports. Giving helpful and engaging presentations. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
