Managing attendance, leave, and shift policies
Handling employee records and personnel files
Issuing appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and termination letters
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Overseeing payroll processing
Compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave, Minimum Wages)
Coordinating with consultants for statutory filings and audits
Employee Relations & Engagement
Grievance handling and conflict resolution
Employee motivation, engagement activities, and retention strategies
Disciplinary action and domestic inquiry support
Performance Management & Training
Implementing appraisal and performance review systems
Identifying training needs and organizing learning programs
Policy & Compliance
Drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Ensuring adherence to company policies and ethical standards
Exit Management
Handling resignations, exit interviews, F&F settlement, and relieving letters
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW / equivalent
5-10 years of experience in HR, including managerial role
Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws
Payroll management & compliance expertise
HRMIS & MS Excel proficiency
Excellent communication and people-management skills
