HR Manager - Job Roles & Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and monitor

HR policies, SOPs, and procedures

across the organization. Handle

end-to-end recruitment and selection

, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Oversee

attendance, leave management, payroll coordination

, and HRMIS systems. Implement and manage

performance management systems (KRA/KPI/PMS)

and conduct periodic reviews. Drive

employee engagement, motivation, training, and development

initiatives. Manage

employee relations

, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Ensure

statutory and legal compliance

with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, Factory Act, etc.). Support management in

HR budgeting, manpower cost control

, and planning. Manage

exit formalities

, including resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements. Prepare and present

HR reports

(manpower, attrition, attendance, payroll, compliance) to management. Handle

contract staff, site HR operations, and labor management

, especially for project-based organizations. Promote a

positive work culture

, ethics, and employee-centric practices within the organization.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
