Job Description

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning



Hire technicians, helpers, service advisors, warranty & parts team. Maintain manpower strength for both workshops. Conduct interviews, background checks & joining formalities.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance



Daily attendance verification (surprise checks). Prepare monthly salary sheet with OT, leave, PF/ESI. Maintain HRMS and ensure accurate payroll.

3. Discipline & Administration



Enforce workshop rules: grooming, uniform, timings. Issue warnings/memos; maintain discipline register. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance.

4. Employee Relations



Solve staff problems and maintain healthy relations. Conduct weekly feedback meetings. Reduce attrition and improve motivation.

5. Training & Performance Management



Prepare KPI/KRA for all designations. Conduct monthly performance reviews. Identify skill gaps and arrange trainings.

6. HR Policies & Documentation



Implement leave policy, attendance rules & safety norms. Maintain joining file, ID card, agreement, bank details. Maintain digital HR database.

7. Coordination



Coordinate with GM, workshop in-charges & management. Support operational requirements with manpower.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
