Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR professional to join our team at Shri Industries. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, administration, and the full spectrum of HR functions to support business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end hiring process, including creating job descriptions, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth communication between management and staff.

Compliance & Administration: Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, and other statutory requirements by preparing and filing necessary returns, maintaining compliance records, liaising with government authorities, and staying updated with amendments in labor laws to ensure full organizational adherence

HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Training & Development: Identify training needs, plan sessions, and support employee growth and career development.

Compensation & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing, manage benefits, and oversee employee welfare programs.

Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, monitor performance, and support managers in feedback and evaluation.

Organizational Design & Succession Planning: Support leadership in workforce planning, job design, and succession planning initiatives.

Retention & Engagement: Develop strategies for employee retention, engagement, and motivation.

Policy Documentation: Draft, update, and communicate HR policies, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask, plan, and execute with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: ?30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
