Employee Relations:
Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Foster a positive working environment and strong employee morale.
Manage conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management programs.
Oversee performance appraisals, feedback processes, and goal-setting for employees.
Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee performance issues.
Training and Development:
Identify training and development needs across the organization.
Plan and organize employee training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
Promote continuous learning and development opportunities within the company.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee compensation planning and benefits administration.
Administer payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits programs.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
Ensure all employees are informed of policies and adhere to them.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Provide advice and support on HR issues that impact the company's goals.
