About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive

HR Manager

to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes at

Hotel Vivek

. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compliance, payroll, and performance management to ensure a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per statutory requirements. Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management. Oversee training & development initiatives to upskill employees. Drive performance appraisal systems and employee retention programs. Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace relations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and safety regulations. Collaborate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements. Promote a positive organizational culture and team spirit.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-7 years of HR management experience preferred (freshers with passion & skills may also apply). Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an added advantage.

Salary

?25,000 - ?50,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
