We are looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to join Hotel Vivek near Ooty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Manage payroll, attendance, and leave management. Design and implement HR policies and procedures. Conduct training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
