Requires HR Manager for a Construction Company at Pune - Baner

Post:- HR Manager

Experience :- 8yrs to 10yrs

Salary:-Nego

Location:- Pune - Baner

Experience in handling a team of 3 to 5 members
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
End-to-end recruitment experience
Team leadership and coordination with project managers
Experience managing internal employee transfers
Expertise in competency mapping, PMS, manpower planning, and performance management
Ability to prepare MIS reports for HR budgeting, gap analysis, background verification, etc.
Capability to plan and implement retention strategies based on exit interviews
Experience in preparing job descriptions and managing requisition processes
Working Timing & Days:- 9.30am to 6.00pm | Monday to Saturday
