Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead compliance and policy development in our real estate company. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company is compliant with all labor laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies, and providing guidance to management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
:
1. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
2. Policy Development: Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures.
3. Training: Provide training to employees on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate HR-related risks and issues.
5. Employee Relations: Provide guidance to management and employees on HR matters.
6. Audits: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in HR, compliance, and policy development
2. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
