3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Implement engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction.
4. Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
5. Performance Management:
Lead performance evaluations and provide coaching support.
Help managers improve employee performance.
6. Payroll & Benefits:
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure timely payments and accurate deductions.
7. HR Strategy & Reporting:
Align HR strategies with business objectives.
Track and report key HR metrics.

Implement employee wellness initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of HR experience in B2C and retail industries.
