Job Description


Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a positive work environment.
