Oversees the human resource functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Responsibilities:

- Implement HR policies, payroll, attendance, and performance systems.

- Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and labor issues.

- Coordinate with other departments for manpower planning.

- Ensure statutory compliance related to factories and labor laws.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

8-12 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
