Job Description
Payroll Management
- Payroll processing, computation of salaries, attendance, leave management, allowances, deductions, etc., and monthly payout process using Spine HRMS
- Liaison with Statutory consultant for monthly compliance filing & Queries
- Complete recruitment cycle for sourcing talent, job posting, shortlisting, interview setup, onboarding, induction, etc
- Manage team building, employee relationships & staff welfare activities like monthly birthday celebrations,organizing other festivals, events, etc. for team
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling any grievances or queries and helping resolve any requests or issues
- Supervise office upkeep, maintenance of premises & equipment, pantry, etc
- Assisting with training & performance review process for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement
Other general HR & Admin tasks as assigned from time to time Desired Profile
- 3-6 years experience in similar HR & Admin role
- Proficient with payroll processing
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
