Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
08 - 13+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and industry-specific regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in lean HR practices, automation, and employee engagement strategies.
