Name of Position : HR Manager (Full-Time)
Location : Chandrapur (Maharashtra)
About the Role:
As our HR Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing and improving all aspects of our human resources function--from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, and compliance. You'll work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment and onboarding process
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage performance review and employee development programs
Support employee relations and resolve conflicts
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations
Foster a positive and productive workplace culture
What We're Looking For:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
