Job Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the performance management system and provide guidance to managers on performance appraisal processes.
Create and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee relations issues and maintain a healthy work environment.
Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports pertaining to HR metrics.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR management.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
Experience in the education industry or a similar sector would be preferred.
Prior experience in handling recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
Familiarity with HR software and tools.
