Responsibilities:
Manage staff recruitment, joining, and exit formalities
Maintain attendance, salary, and leave records
Handle employee grievances and ensure HR policy compliance
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and training
Maintain statutory records (ESI, PF, etc.)
Eligibility:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR (hospital experience preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills

As per qualification and experience
