To manage manpower planning, recruitment, and induction for the cattle feed plant.
To ensure full compliance with the Factory Act, PF, ESI, Contract Labour, and wage-related laws.
To coordinate attendance, shifts, overtime, and payroll for permanent and contract labour.
To handle industrial relations, discipline, grievances, and overall factory workforce management.
To manage safety initiatives, training programs, HR records, and plant-level HR MIS reporting.
