Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
Handle employee queries related to HR policies
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Help implement HR policies and company procedures
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance with company rules and labor laws (basic level)
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Freshers are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
