Job Description

The HR Manager will handle all human resources activities for the hotel and restaurant team. The role includes hiring staff, managing employee records, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, and supporting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities



Recruit and hire staff for hotel and restaurant departments. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. Plan and conduct staff training and development programs. Ensure company policies are followed and updated when required. Handle employee grievances and resolve issues professionally. Manage performance evaluations and provide feedback systems. Ensure compliance with company standards. Create a healthy, motivating, and disciplined workplace culture. Support management in manpower planning and HR decisions.

Required Skills



Good communication and people management skills. Basic understanding of HR policies and labour laws. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR (Hospitality experience).
