will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations, including
recruitment, payroll, employee relations, statutory compliance (ESI, PF, Gratuity), performance management, and organizational development
. This role requires strong interpersonal, administrative, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

Payroll & Compliance
Prepare and process
monthly salary
and maintain accurate employee payroll records.
Handle
ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance filings
in a timely manner.
Manage attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements and maintain payroll accuracy.
Employee Management
Maintain and update employee data, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
Conduct employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building programs.
Performance & Development
Support performance management and appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
Work with leadership to design career development paths and retention strategies.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational HR policies.
Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports and documentation.
Manage exit interviews, full and final settlements, and offboarding processes.
