Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Support management in performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR & Compliance.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
