Responsible for overseeing and executing all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations to support smooth business functioning in a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Source, hire, and onboard talent across sales, site, admin, and corporate roles.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies as per labor laws and company goals.
Performance Management:
Implement appraisal systems, monitor KPIs, and support employee development.
Employee Engagement:
Drive initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training sessions.
Workplace Discipline:
Address grievances, enforce company rules, and support a positive culture.
Create simple, clear HR policies
Ensure legal & RERA compliance
Get input from departments
Communicate & train staff
Review and update policies regularly

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
